“Spreading gospel lyrics over jazz and hip hop tracks” is how ‘The Lyricist” Jay Frazier best describes his style of rap.  From fighting on the battlefield for our country in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, to fighting on the spiritual battlefield for our Lord and Saviour, The Lyricist has seen and experienced it all. His lyrical content not only shares his story, and experiences as an American soldier, but also ministers to God’s people by using an array of scriptural references and rightly dividing the Word of truth.  As "Team Chaplain" of Rich and Ruthless Records and under the guidance of Compton's own Arnold "Bigg A' White and A-Team Management, it is sure to be HARVEST TIME FOR THE LYRICIST!
